AfterGlow Terms and Conditions and Service Agreement

1. Accounts and Eligibility

Account Registration

You must provide accurate and current account information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account. You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or older if required by your local law) to use AfterGlow. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms. You are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

2. Pricing and One-Time Purchases

AfterGlow includes default usage limits. You may increase usage by purchasing Glow Coins. Glow Coin purchases are one-time payments and do not renew automatically.

Fees and Charges

Some Service features require payment. You can review charges before purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise in these Terms or in the Return Policy.

Published Pricing (EUR)

• Custom top-up amount per order: EUR 1 to EUR 10,000.
• Baseline custom conversion: 30 Glow Coins per EUR.
• Preset packs: EUR 1 = 30 Glow Coins.
• Preset packs: EUR 5 = 230 Glow Coins.
• Preset packs: EUR 10 = 460 Glow Coins.

Pricing Changes

We may update pricing at any time. Updated pricing applies to future purchases after publication on our website or in the wallet flow.

3. Use of the Service

Profiles, Matching, Chat, Gifts, and AI Tools

You retain ownership of the content you create and submit, including profile text, photos, and messages ("User Content"). You grant AfterGlow a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and transmit User Content solely to provide and improve the Service.

User Responsibilities

You agree to use AfterGlow only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

Prohibited Conduct

• Posting or sharing content that infringes rights, violates law, or violates privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights.
• Harassment, threats, hate speech, extremist content, violence encouragement, or sexual exploitation content.
• Fraud, impersonation, deception, phishing, scams, or misleading claims.
• Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or abusive automation.
• Uploading malware, probing vulnerabilities, bypassing security controls, reverse engineering, or tampering with Service functionality.
• Circumventing account, usage, or payment limits (including creating multiple accounts to bypass restrictions).

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and may expose you to legal liability.

AI Profile Analyzer

AI feedback is generated automatically and provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee specific outcomes (including match rate or response rate improvements). You remain responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to apply suggested changes.

4. Third-Party Services and Integrations

The Service may rely on third-party providers for authentication, payments, infrastructure, and AI processing. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and policies.

We are not responsible for third-party outages, delays, policy changes, or actions taken by third-party providers against your account or transactions.

5. Intellectual Property

Our Intellectual Property

AfterGlow, including software, designs, text, graphics, and trademarks, is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose under these Terms.

Your Intellectual Property

You retain your rights in User Content. You confirm that you have all rights and permissions needed to upload and share your content through AfterGlow.

6. Privacy

Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using AfterGlow, you consent to data collection and processing consistent with that policy.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Service Provided "As Is"

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, AfterGlow and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the Service.

Where permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claims related to the Service will not exceed the total amount paid by you to AfterGlow during the 6 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AfterGlow and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

9. Termination

By You

You may stop using the Service at any time. Account closure can be requested via support. Certain provisions survive termination, including intellectual property, indemnification, and liability limitations.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, violate applicable law, create security risk, commit abuse or fraud, or if required by legal process.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material updates, we will provide prior notice where reasonably possible. Continued use of the Service after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where AfterGlow's operating entity is established, unless consumer protection law in your place of residence requires otherwise.
